HyperFab Mazda BT-50 & D-Max Aftermarket Airbox. 3D modelled, laser cut & folded, TIG welded and fabricated in a jig for a perfect, direct fit!

These airboxes have a large internal volume & the biggest filter element that we could fit! Folded to fit the curve of the inner guard, they not only look and fit incredibly, they perform great too!

Features:

• Massive, fully serviceable filter element allowing for maximum airflow even with those high horsepower setups!
• Utilises factory rubber mounts for vibration reduction & factory mounting holes
• Powder-coated satin black for aesthetics and maximum corrosion resistance!
• 3.5″ hard pipe to the turbocharger (with silicone joiner to allow for engine movement)
• Billet MAF housing matching factory specifications so you won’t throw codes and doesn’t require a tune
• Laser cut & folded box that follows the curve of the inner guard for maximum air volume
• 3 or 3.5″ inlet lines up with the factory hole in the inner guard (perfect for snorkels)
• CNC cut acrylic lid, seal and clamping ring
• 1/8 Drain bung
• Stainless clamp ring and fitting hardware to ensure even sealing of the lid
• Engine breather fittings
