1HD-FTE Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Stainless Steel

Stainless steel folded heat shield designed to suit the factory exhaust manifold on the 1HD-FTE engine. These are a direct replacement for the factory heat shield.

• Folded stainless steel shield designed to trap and reflect heat away from your engine bay & back towards the exhaust manifold
• Direct replacement for the factory heat shield which are often missing / old /rusty / broken from years of heat cycles
• Protects other heat sensitive parts in the engine bay such as brake & clutch master cylinders
• Comes with new SS fitting hardware
• Does not suit factory EGR pipe

*NOTE: If you have long studs in your EGR blank, these may need to be swapped for bolts to clear the heat shield* Please let us know in the order comments if you’d like us to supply you with 2x bolts to replace the EGR blank studs.

*Updated design allows the heat shield to be folded back slightly by hand if required for oversize intake pipes / airboxes*
