AVAILABLE WITH OR WITHOUT EGR CUT-OUT.

Stainless steel folded heat shield designed to suit the factory exhaust manifold on the 1HD-FTE engine. These are a direct replacement for the factory heat shield.

• Available to suit EGR pipe with the cut-out, or with no cut-out to hide the EGR blank.
• Folded stainless steel shield designed to trap and reflect heat away from your engine bay & back towards the exhaust manifold
• Direct replacement for the factory heat shield which are often missing / old /rusty / broken from years of heat cycles
• Protects other heat sensitive parts in the engine bay such as brake & clutch master cylinders
• Comes with new Stainless Steel fitting hardware

*NOTE: If you have long studs in your EGR blank, these may need to be swapped for bolts to clear the heat shield if you are ordering the heat shield WITH NO CUT-OUT. If you have a thick EGR blank or don’t think that the EGR studs will clear, or are still utilising the factory EGR pipe – please select the shield WITH the EGR cut-out.
